What Data Do We Collect?
We collect data when you voluntarily subscribe to our mailing list, fill out a customer survey or leave a message on any of our message boards such as leaving a comment. In the following sections, there will be described why each bit of data is collected, how it is collected, and also how to avoid your data being collected.

This site also uses a plug-in, called Hummingbird, for optimization that collects data. Jetpack, by Automattic, is also used for performance, security, and analytical purposes. For more information on how Automattic processes and uses data, you can visit their privacy and cookie policy pages.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We also use an anti-spam service, called Akismet, that improves spam detection that also collects named data from visitors. Akismet’s privacy policy can be read here.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) will be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Email Subscription Boxes
If a visitor decides to sign-up for our mailing list they voluntarily give their names, surnames (optional), and email addresses. Also, we use Mailchimp as our marketing platform. You can learn more about Mailchimp’s privacy practices here.
Hummingbird
Hummingbird uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Talking Easily with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Sign up for our mailing list.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
Talking Easily also receives your data indirectly from the following sources:

How will we use your data?
Talking Easily collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Email you with special offers on other products and services or information we think you might like.
When Talking Easily processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data?
Talking Easily securely stores your data on one of Siteground’s servers. It is a secure domain and the only information that we store on our users are through cookies.
Marketing
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. It is, however, your choice to subscribe to any such communication. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of our emails.
